The topic racism is all the time around us. If we look at our policy in the countries where we live, or if we are watching the news... it`s sad but this problem is always present.

The butter legion- a socialist movement/mass colab project I started, to trigger artistic change and evolution in Da artists (mainly my watchers), to make them more active and dedicated on DA. Most deviants will think they already know how to answer a comment. Open the message center, click on one of those beloved little packages of joy, read about how much somebody loves (or hates) your work, and return an appropriate comment, whilst trying to seem like youre the nicest person on earth. It seems like such a simple practice, right?
Wrong.
One day, a comment is going to appear in your inbox that you werent expecting. Something that requires just that little bit of extra effort that youve never had to deal with before. A comment that explores every your piece of art to depths and reaches emotions in you that you never knew existed. Critique.
Aaaaand?
I guess you didn't finish
I personally prefer to constructively criticize the work and offer pointers or say what I would do, if that artwork is in my area of "expertise"
I know a lot of people who are very sensitive to critiques, so if you do criticize, make it positive, and emphasize what can be better!

I try always to be very careful when I comment, even if very often people ask me to comment and critique in a constructive way their works I go very light, people is and always will be very sensitive about own works, only professionals can hold it better because of constant struggle with clients and evile critique professionals, you must loos your insecurity about yourself first and then be open to critics
On the other hand we have the option of what kind of comment we want, osn't it?

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
A collection of the most beautiful and amazing square photographs I found among my favourites. Please have a look and give these artists the attention they deserve!
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More
