Centauro Melancolico

~benyhibridos:iconbenyhibridos: reports, December 14
Sometimes people think that what this fashion is what should be highlighted, but things that have stood so long as sculpture, architecture, literature, music, dance or painting in this case an author. it will always be respected for being art and being physical art and the magic that emanates from a technique used by the original where you can see the values and employment composition ranges brushstrokes thickness of the layers of paint used and the transmitted force and feelings of the creator and it is difficult to see or feel in digital art is at once something cold, is that with new digital applications have certain "advantages" but the biggest disadvantage is an original that never existed and never will exist , art was born to see and enjoy something real and it was first created thousands of years carved roast was used for rituals at the time was the most important and who is not left with something of the person you most want and I cherish this, and although the person no longer exists, the thing you cling to it as the most valuable because it conveys fond memories of that person, usually an object is real and not virtual. So never will supply digital art real art for the heritage that emanates. The cyber era serves to distribute to older people and to know your art is not to replace the magic of creation of truth.
And this is to create dreams in painting like this that I would always create magic how are you scenes to convey what I feel the darkness of the world both as clear of existence, and say what I think the world is more terrible than appears.
I hope and I like my work and my do it:D!

What a wonderful find for the world art community. I hope they wind up in a museum and not a private collection where we'll not be able to marvel at them.

~Curster theTalented &Twisted Toy MAKER!

~Abearce:iconAbearce: reports, June 5, 2007
I had said in my last journal entry I wanted to start giving back to the DA community. I got this busy lady to sit down and answer a few questions for all of us! I hope you really enjoy this skilled, yet twisted, toy maker as much as I do.

Abearce:Well, We know that you go by Curster here on DA, but what is you real name?
Curster:Erin Currie

"Munny" -

A:When did you first join DA?
C:I've been an official "Deviant" since Apr 25, 2007.

"Striped Minion" -

A:Why do you make these toys?
C:I can't stop, too many ideas, too little time..

"Libertad Demon" -

A:Where do you get your ideas from?
C:The ideas have been there, I grew up with stuffed animals.

"Bird Imp" -

A:What is your favorite material to use?
C:vinyl

"Mister" -

A:Are you on any drugs/medication? (laughs out loud) Do you think you should be?
C:If I'm not on drugs already, I should be...(sigh)

"Future Minion" -

A:How old are you?
C:32

"Pink Box Minion" -

A: How long have you been making these toys?
C:About a year now.

"Impster" -

A:If you had one thing to tell the people who are trying to become artists, what would it be?
C: Do it every day!!!!! No excuses- You have to live it if you want to be really good.

"Luchador" -

A: And finally what everyone has been wanting to know. Where can I get one?
C:[link] <--LINK
Most of the super fancy guys end up at a store in minneapolis- [link]

C:Thanks again-really thoughtful of you to do this!
A:It is truly my pleasure. I think everyone wishes they could get one of these little guys!

Well as you can see :iconcurster:, Erin aka ~Curster is extremely imaginative and skilled at toy making. I can't think of any person, young or old, that would be disappointed finding one of these precious little devils with a bow stuck on it's head. So check out her gallery and show some support and then go purchase one on her website.

Probably depends on her age.. i think a baby might cry.. But if she's older then I bet she'd flip out (in a good way). If you buy one and she doesn't like it.. You can send it to ME! :lmao:
