Even in times of war, the Soldier as an individual is of no consequence. The Soldier is a symbol, a simple pawn in a culture war. The Soldier is either a villain, or a Hero. The Soldier always serves for the honor of his country, not his paycheck. The Soldier is faithful, as there are 'no atheists in the trenches'. The Soldier is Combat Arms. The Soldier is male, he married a young white girl, and he has a baby on the way, whom he has never met.
The Soldier is a romantic ideal.

reports, June 28, 2007I have just found out that my ears arnt doing so good. I have had over 20 ear surgeries in the past 6 years. 8 in one year. Also found out i might have a present on my pillow when i wake up its part of my ear drum. The doctor said half of my ear drum is hardly hanging on and can fall any minute. I hope it doesnt and they can reattach it some how. Wish me luck i go back to doctor in 4 days hope they can fix it. They have had to rebuild it so many times. Hope this is the last one.
