Better Digital Photography Magazine-Free online

reports, 11h 19m agoFrom the Publishers of "What Digital Camera" and "Amateur Photographer", IPC Media today has announced a new online photography magazine, "Better Digital Photography" that people can read free and fully online, it is also interactive with embedding video tutorials from the magazine and mouse-over tips. Aimed at the entry and intermediate level photographer, it is heavily devoted to equipment and technique-focused photography content.
From the IPC Media website:
Publishing director Alex Robb says: “This is an exciting and innovative new venture for the photo portfolio. The editorial team have worked incredibly hard to create bespoke content, including technique videos and other interactive content. I am delighted that we have secured distribution to around two million photographers to ensure that as many people as possible benefit from the excellent tips and advice. Better Digital Photography is a further indication of how IPC continues to innovate in this competitive sector.”
Editor Mat Gallagher adds: “We wanted to create a product that helps the reader expand their knowledge, while being easy to use. It is thanks to the talents of art editor Steve Crabb that we have managed to produce such a visually stimulating and accessible magazine that surpasses anything else in the market place.”
My thoughts, this is downright awesome and VERY well done, it is like looking at an actual magazine, but the fact that it has videos embedded within for tips, tutorials, and techniques, make this even better! You can also subscribe for free, via email for upcoming issues, make personal notes within the magazine, and download a copy to your hard drive. GO GET IT!

- DEATH-CHICKS –
=Death-Chicks was founded after I decided my first club, *TaintedArt (Horror & Macabre Club) didn’t give me outlet I desired to explore my interest in Fetish & Alt Fashion. And so, just under 2 years ago, Death-Chick was born. We started out with only a few members but soon interest in our Club grew and our Member List swelled. We still have some of the amazing original members, and we have seen so many join and their quality of work has just astounded me.
I never imagined we would EVER hit 500,000 Pageviews. I know it’s just a number, but dammit we deserve to show off a bit!

I would like to give a personal thank you (in no particular order) to the following deviants for many reasons; some are the original members and still to this day submit regularly, take part in contests and even donate prizes, which are lovely things to be able to offer winners. Some are my fantastic Admin, past and present, who I honestly could not do without, giving me invaluable help, assisting me in the day to day runnings of the club and never ask for anything in return. Thank you all so much!
Death-Chicks’ aim is to mingle the work of professional and amateur artists. Whilst we strive to only show you quality work, we do not want to lose the underground, raw dynamic of Death-Chicks.
Death-Chicks are those gorgeous girls who chose to express themselves in amazing ways. We are pierced, tattooed and multi coloured, and we FUCKING LOVE IT! You have stumbled across an amazing collection of heart-breakingly beautiful ladies, along with some fantastic artists.
