Learning new skills is sometimes as easy as reading up on how other people perfect their art. So here's a quick link to a plethora of wallpaper tutorials all from Tutorio.com, to help you sharpen up your craft! Check 'em out!
The desktopography project arrived in 2005 as a place to download nature / topological themed wallpapers with edits from selected designers. Designers spend about 90% of their waking life in front of a computer so the most appealing genre for a wallpaper would be one that has beautiful design mixed with the all important aspect of being outdoors.
Please follow the title link to see a guide and FAQ for the wallpaper gallery. This hopefully will help answer any questions you have about the wallpaper gallery including:
- What monitor resolutions can I submit?
- Why was my work removed?
- How can I calibrate my monitor?
- How do I submit Daily Deviations?
- Why is zilla so goddamn schmexy and is he single?
ok so the last one might not be covered... but the rest and more are, so please check it out!
Yeah....would there be any way I could schedule a private meeting to discuss that last topic? I've got lots of questions, I'm eager to learn, aaand I'll make it worth your while!

I can't believe so many artists dedicate their efforts and time to create authentic works of art for us to USE freely! In the world of 3D stocks [ most of it unknown to the photomanipulators ] you can find truly inspiring fantasy and surreal elements that could never be captured by a regular camera. And the best part is that most of them come in a transparent background, so we can simply click and drag onto our work. How fun, fast and easy is that?
A former volunteer with the Artist Relations team, `kuschelirmel has always been a wonderful role model within the community.
With a vibrant and eclectic gallery that would make anyone proud, her dedication to providing informative and easy to follow tutorials, journal CSS, and inspirational stock is clearly long overdue for recognition.
