Introduction
Welcome to Bug Juice Volume Twenty-Four, the second weekly article delivered to you by the Help Desk Team.
This article is meant to serve as
the current bug listing for users for issues on the main site, prints bugs will not be noted here. Bug Juice articles will repeat the bugs weekly until each issue is resolved and any new ones will be added when they arise, when an issue is resolved the bug will be crossed off and phased out of the listing the following week.
Links to this article will be mirrored in the
Status Forum.
System
Now before we get started to help you better understand some of the Status Terms that will be used throughout this article we have compiled a listing of descriptions below.
Acknowledged - This means a case has been acknowledged as being present and will be worked on soon, but is not a high priority.
Assigned - This means the case has been assigned to a developer and is in review and will be worked on soon.
Closed - This means a report has been closed, either the issue will be worked on along with another one or the issue was found not to be present anymore or will not be fixed.
Feedback - This Status means a developer has requested further information from the administrator who filed the report before they can continue working on the issue.
New - This is a new report and has not been assigned to a developer yet.
Resolved - This issue has recently been resolved.
Clicking an underlined Status above will take you to that section.

Submission Issues - The option to submit .TIFF files at this time is not possible as it results in a corrupt file error, despite the file not being corrupt.
10.)
devMobile Issues - After hitting send the site reports its under maintenance, the image still sends to your phone, but cannot be downloaded.
11.)
Journal Issues - Some users are unable to post journals, as the body of text will be missing once posted.

I have feeling that only way to correct this problem would be to lock the personal threads in question
