IMPORTANT: During the category change some pieces were accidentally moved to scraps. If this happened to you please send a note to $Moonbeam13 to have it fixed and do not file a help desk ticketOn the 31st of July new categories were created.
Using the ideas of ^bleedsopretty and ^thespook three new categories have been created. They are the following.
deviantART related > Journal CSS
> Complete Journal CSS
This category is for working CSS templates/Designs that people can use in their journals freely.
> Journal Designs
This category is for non-functioning journal designs that people cannot use themselves. This is a gallery where people can feature and get feedback on journal designs they've made, whether they be purely imagined, or fully realized.

> Journal Graphics
This category is for submissions of journal headers and section headers etc.
All contents of deviantART related > Journal CSS were moved to deviantART related > Journal CSS > Complete Journal CSS because the former is no longer a gallery.
If you have any concerns regarding this please note me immediately and I'll sort it out for you
