Important Changes to the Help Desk Opening Times

Effective officially on Friday August 10th, 2007, the Help Desk Staff will now be answering inquiries every Monday through Friday. Which means we will now be closed Saturday and Sunday, instead of Friday, Saturday and Sundays during the daytime.
FAQ #538: I can't log in to use the Community Help Desk, is there an email?
FAQ #590: What are the hours of operation for the Help Desk?
We're confident you will enjoy this much needed change and look forward to providing you support every Friday from here on in!

2.) We can all work Fridays now due to personal schedules opening up.
3.) Some of us already did work on Friday but just not on tickets and I am sure you would agree it is only fair we get two days of rest as opposed to one.
4.) More importantly a lot of users hated the change when we decided to close on Fridays and we're honoring the continued request to go back to being open then.
