So I was sitting at my desk at work today browsing through a website when I came across a link to the American Lung Association of Delaware. After clicking this link, I found out that on October 7th, they will be hosting a short walk to support the thousands of people in Delaware who suffer from emphysema, asthma, lung cancer, COPD and other forms of lung disease.

Now, being one of the thousands of asthma sufferers in Delaware, not to mention the millions throughout the world, I felt it necessary to join in on this walk. I've been fighting to keep my asthma at bay for many years now, and I want to find out if i'm making progress while supporting fellow sufferers of lung diseases.

So what am I getting at here? Well, to help the fight, I want to raise at least $100 to donate to the American Lung Association of Delaware.

Now you may be wondering, well what does this have to do with me? Well, I need you, the reader of this article, to help me raise this money. You can do this by clicking on this link and donating as much as you can afford. Can only afford 50 cents? Go for it. Want to give me $100? Go for it. The more money I raise, the better for the people who suffer from lung disease in Delaware as well as throughout the world.

As an added incentive, I will gladly wear some sort of endorsement for you as an artist. This endorsement will most likely be the URL to your page here on deviantArt. If only a few people donate, the URLs will vary in size according to how much they donate. If many people donate, all of the URLs will be the same size. That's not too bad of a deal for donating a dollar or two, right?
