First Place winner is *amysdeadpeas


*amysdeadpeas is currently trying to emerge in the photography world, not try to push herself into it, but just emerge. Her aim is to capture beauty, and those little emotions and meanings that other people don't. In her winning piece, "The only relationship I know" - Not only did she try to show the obvious 'Summer lovin' theme, but she also wanted to show something deeper. "...it should also show the sadness, happiness, lonliness, of a Summer love..."





Second Place winner is =rhapsouldize


=rhapsouldize is a 23-year-old new photographer who grew up in New Jersey and currently lives in the Philadelphia suburbs. She hopes that her newfound passion for photography will help to get out of her dead-end corporate job and into a photojournalism job that combines her editing skills with her love for photography and people from all walks of life. She hopes to one day actually pay off her camera, which currently still belongs to her credit card company.






Third Place winner is *Anglinagirl


*Anglinagirl grew up with a snap-happy finger. She was thrilled with her first 35mm camera and took pictures of almost anything. She then had to stop shooting as developing prices rose. A year ago, she got her new digital camera to go to Ireland with and started seriously shooting pictures. She’s going to school for a Graphic Design degree with commercial photography. She adores shooting nature, but wants to break into shooting people and is waiting for the right model to come along.
