What is art and what is porn?

Some people seem to misunderstand the concept of art and porn. Does a raw hentai picture of a sexual act count as art? Two homosexual boys having sex count as art?

As the FAQ of Deviantart said or wrote :

"Subjects should not be positioned in a manner to suggest sexual penetration, genital to genital contact, genital to anal contact, oral to genital contact , oral to breast contact or oral to anal contact."

I agree , we can make a sexual image or erotic artwork without using the sex in it. I mean people a girl giving a guy a blowjob is not art to me. Or other fellow artists.


Porn or erotic art, what do you think?


Some cultures say this is porn, do you agree?

How can you show repect to others and yet make sexy art?

I suggest that you cover them with fabrics or maybe in the shower coverd in foam. You might flame me for this opinion but try to show respect it excist minors here on Deviantart.

Somebody said they can search up porn easy anyhow, YEA but let´s keep one place in internet clean from such nonsense.

IF you wanna make porn art it excist many art community´s like Deviantart made for a porn artist or a hentai drawer, add this art on your own website. KEEP Deviantart clean from such images as porn.

Thank you Deviantart staff , after many reports from fellow artists we have manage to ban 5 porno artists from Deviantart.

Are you are teenage boy that loves hentai, search google and do not spam me for my opinion of porn. Porn is always porn, even when it is called hentai.

Erotic art is what then?

When a girl is on the ground coverd with leaves . A girl sleeping naked with silk sheets over here.
Or when two people are melting into one single form, just untop of each other hugging. Kisses is not counted as sex, not to me atleast.


I think it should be the same for Naga art, anthro art , and what about Giant boob pictures? Not porn but strange way of drawing a woman.
