ATTENTION ALL DEV IDOL WATCHER AND CONTESTANTS!!!


The DeviantIdol Auditions are now over and we have accumulated a number of 33 auditions in total! First of all we’d like to thank all of you for making this competition a possibility. Just because the auditions are over does not mean we no longer need people to come and attend. In fact, we need as many deviants as possible to participate in the votings! Henceforth we are calling as many of you as possible whom would like to see this competition unfold in a grand year length challenge.

Take note that we will no longer be accepting auditions and that we apologize to those who wished to join but couldn’t make it in time.

Those who are still lost at what DeviantIdol is, or is new and just so happens to have passed by, DeviantIdol is pretty much exactly like Pop Idol/Canadian Idol/American Idol, etc. All except the fact that you don’t audition as a contestant but instead you own Original Character. This excludes all copyrighted characters. You may NOT use characters that do not belong to you as well as characters drawn under creative rights. It must at all costs be your INTELLECTUAL rights. Which means your character must be made up completely in your mind, nobody else’s.

*WARNING! IF A CONTESTANT IS FOUND USING SOMEONE ELSES CHARACTER, WE THE JUDGES OF DEVIANT IDOL WILL GO INTO FULL INVESTIGATION UPON IT AND CONTESTANTS BREECHING THIS RULE WILL BE IMMEDIATELY DISQUALIFIED*

Once we have accumulated a score, 24 deviants out of the 33 auditions will be left for the REAL HARD critiquing and the scores will be posted in =touchedvenus’s journal.
