Talent in Oekaki is a series of features focusing on the Java applets PaintBBS, OekakiBBS and Shi Painter. In these news stories, I aim to show that oekaki should not be underestimated! Call me an oekaki ambassador, if you will.
Next on our site-wide tour is the subject of fantasy creatures. These artists have stretched the applets to the maximum, resulting in some incredible and awe-inspiring work. Dragons, gryphons and sea creatures are only some of the fantastic beasts you will find lurking in the oekaki galleries.
As always, if you have any suggestions for artists or themes I should feature, let me know!
