What a Vexel Is: The Official dA Definition

reports, July 7Influenced by recent dispute, it has been decided that it is time to make a solidified definition of what a vexel is by deviantART's terms. Please understand that this definition, and the rules along with it, are not made up from a few of the gallery moderator's thoughts, but built from the foundation of what the creator's words on 'vexel' were, and what the majority of the vexel community of deviantART has come to accept as a vexel. These rules are solid, final, and most-likely will not be faltered.

Deviant Stamps Size Limit

reports, August 27, 2007Starting soon all submissions to deviantART Related > Deviant Stamps will be required to be of width 99 pixels by height 56 pixels or smaller.
All stamps larger than this will be moved to scraps until they are resized. If they are not resized they will remain in scraps.
Stamp packs are the exception to this, but only so long as the original stamps are either linked from the deviation or available for download there. Images containing a collection of stamps without these will also be moved to scraps.
If you personally are having trouble resizing your stamp to within the limits, please let me know and I will help.
