reports, July 16The winners of the Breaking Free contest have been announced! Amongst the entries were a daily deviation, a news feature and many stunning pieces of space art. The aim of my contest was take a piece I had rendered in Vue 6 and manipped a smoketrail into, and "spacify it" - that is use it as a stock to make a space related piece of art.

reports, August 28, 2007The new club ~FriendlyPhotography is hosting it's first, of hopefully many, themed photography contests.
If you would like to find out more about ~FriendlyPhotography, please read our other news article.
The theme of the week will be "Broken"
We believe this is a pretty general theme and will be a good and easy way to kick off the club. The contest will begin on Friday, August 31st, and end on Thursday, September 6th. September 7th will be used for voting, and then on the 8th, the results will be announced, along with the theme for next week's contest. The winner will be featured in the club's journal and gallery for the week.
In order to submit a photograph to the contest, you must be a member of ~FriendlyPhotography, so if you like the idea and would like to participate, please join the club.
But, before you join, please read the club's Rules and Guidelines.
If you like the club, have already joined, or are planning to join, please fav this article, along with our other article so that they can be seen by more people.
If you have any questions or comments, feel free to contact ~FriendlyPhotography or the club's two admins, ~Longview368 or ~ILoveGreenDayYeah
