About *youthphotographers
We are a club for the young photographers of dA. To spread your photography, and help bring you all together with young and adult photographers alike - our members are all ages to show that the youth of dA can inspire adults just as easily as each other. We are here to celebrate all of their talent so we hope you us and join in the fun!


Youthphotographers Contest #2
This is our second Contest as a club, so we hope that this one will work out even better than the last! There have been some changes, such as new prizes and the fact that you all voted the theme in.

There will be two age categories, with a winner from each - Youth (under 18) and Adult (18+).

Now Let's get down to business ...

THEME: Nature
You can take this as you want, basically we want you all to get out in the fresh air, the great outdoors, and snap away your perfect shot.
We really want you all to make Mother Nature proud!

DEADLINE: Midnight GMT 1st November 2007


RULES:
- Only photography is accepted, NO photomanipulations.
- You must be a member of *youthphotographers (So just add us and join)
- You may only enter one entry.
- The image must be new and taken after 1st September 2007.
- We won't accept any photographs depicting nudity, violence or anything offensive, This is a universal audience.
- We shall not accept any notes/entries after midnight GMT on 1st November 2007.
- All photographs must be your own, we can't stand stealing!
- You must include a link to this contest in your entry's description for all to see!

ENTERING:
You must send a note to *youthphotographers named "NATURE ENTRY", with your entry, confirming if you are under 18 or over 18. This is so you can be entered into the proper age category.

VOTING:
So what happens after the deadline? Well, over a period of time (to be confirmed), everyone in the club will be given the chance to vote for both their favourite YOUTH ENTRY and favourite ADULT ENTRY, in a note named: "NATURE VOTE". After the time period the votes will be tallied and a Youth Winner (plus 5 Youth runner ups) and an Adult Winner (plus 5 Adult runner ups) will be identified and prizes given.


Remember, you've got two months... so there's no rush to send your entry in. Please give your entry time and thought. We want to see your best work!
