While I looked through the news articles here, and I'm sure there is probably one somewhere, I had a hard time finding anything that showcased the Food and Drink category in Photography.

Now those who know me are probably asking what the heck a predominantly digital/3D artist is doing putting out a news article for photography. Those who know me a little better know that it was my deep love of photography (and consummate lack of funds) that got me into 3D work in the first place. As to "Why food?"...Well that's basically "Why not!?"

Now and again, I go browsing through the photography gallery and pick one category at random to stick with. The other day I fell upon some beautiful pieces in Food and Drink and decided that this would be my gallery of choice or the evening. What I found were some truly rare gems that had been overlooked, as has happened many times in a place as vast as . Everything from serious to humorous, plain to ornate, from simple to surreal. A true feast for the eyes and the imagination! So I decided to have a go with the news articles and share these scrumptious treats with all of you in hopes that you might find some tasty treats to delight your eyes as well! Enjoy!!












Just like any other buffet, it's hard to stop yourself when you see all the fantastic selections Maybe I'll do a Part 2 of this in a couple weeks to delve deeper into this fantastic gallery, but I do hope you've enjoyed the meal!
