Over a year ago, I submitted a project called "devTown" [link] , and since then, I always knew I wanted to do a bigger devTown project. However, it never seemed to be a workable idea... until now. After about a year of pondering, I've decided to create a devApartment!

The concept: What would it be like if all of us deviants lived together in a huge apartment building? I imagine that it'd be a fun, multi-media, colorful building full of personality. In this project, I'm giving you the oppurtunity to open the "window to your world" and show us what your home in dA is like.

The details:

What you're doing: You create a window for the apartment, and I'll put them all together to create an apartment building. Each window is an expression of your art form and your own personality.

The window: Each window will be 300x200 pixels. It can be any media, from pixel art to photography, traditional painting to 3D model, pencil sketch to photomanipulation... and everything in between. However, animation will not be allowed. Sorry. Your room can be a bedroom, kitchen, living room, office... anything you like. You may also include things like curtains if you like. It's really all up to you to show us what your apartment would be like.

Submitting: I will take as many submissions as possible from now until October 13. Submit your entry to your gallery or scraps, then send a link to me with the subject line as "devApartment." You may only submit one window.
