To celebrate my 10,000 pageview milestone I'm announcing my first ever contest. The contest will be called:

"Amyhooton's Imagination!"

I want to encompass as many genres of art as possible so if your have any queries please let me know.

Rules:

1.Your entry can be Traditional, Digital, Photography or whatever you do, as long as it is imaginative and shows off your creative excellence!

2. Your entry must also be based upon my work. However loose that connection is I would like to see an explanation within your description of how it relates to either a specific peice from my gallery or themes from within my art.

3. Themes: Anything you can find within my gallery, some of those are: dreamworld, subconscious, hyper-reality, mythical monsters, aboriginal, spiritual, no straight lines. Take your pick from the range within my gallery and use your imagination!

4. Styles: You can choose to either mimic MY ink style or you can create something ABSTRACT, PSYCHEDELIC or SURREAL. Photomanipulators, if you wish to use a piece of my work from my gallery, please note me with your email address and I can send you the file.

5. Colours: Your entry must have colour in it! I have been tagged the Queen of Colour for a reason so I will expect to see colour in your work somewhere. You may choose to limit your colour pallet if you wish. (I often choose 5 colours to work with for example).

6. You may enter as many as you like as long as they are different genres. So for instance if you wish to paint something in my style and also do a photography entry that is fine.

7. The link to your entry MUST be sent to me in a note with the title "contest submission".

8. Your entry must be new and created for this contest. I want to see a barrage of new inspiration from you all, so nothing rehashed.

9. Deadline: 19th October

A 9 x 12 inch print of your choice from my gallery.
