The Wheel of Tim turns, and Ages come and pass, leaving memories that become legend. Legend fades to myth, and even myth is long forgotten when the Age that gave it birth comes again.

It is with great sadness and heartfelt feeling thats I announce the death of possibly one of the greatest authors of this time. James Oliver Rigney Junior, better known as Robert Jordan and is best known for his series, The Wheel of Time, passed away peacefully yesterday. James was diagnosed in 2006 with Amyloidosis, which is a rare blood disease that caused the walls of his heart to thicken.

I would just like to send out my deepest condolences and best wishes to his family and friends, as well as his millions of fans world wide.

James you have touched millions of lives with your rich and vibrant world and I hope you find the peace you deserve. We thank you for what you have given us and hope you rest in peace.
