Yes, thats right folks, myself (=ladytwiglet) and `Rubycored are arranging a Manchester devmeet for Saturday the 20th of October!

We are trying to drum up support and attendees, the north of england doesnt have many devmeets (darn you london and cardiff! ) and we really really want this one to be a success.

final plans have still to be arranged, but a visit to some of manchesters free art galleries, wandering round looking at some of its spectacular architecture and most likely a trip to its most inspiring of alehouses to sample the delights and oral poetry of northern beer any other ideas for places to go are much appreciated!

manchester is very easy to get to, the trains are cheap, we are on the megabus route so you can travel from lots of places around england (including london!) for a measly pound, and if accomodation is needed there are plenty of cheap B&Bs in the area (although i may be able to squeeze one or two more people into my house )
