deviantFilms
deviantFilms was started over 2 years ago by =in-art-we-trust as a way to bring filmmakers and those interested in film together.
Obviously, dA was not accepting film submissions at that time and the group struggled to find any meaning within the dA sphere. Why talk about film on dA when it was not on dA?
With the launch of deviantFilms this has all changed. The group has re-opened and will host competitions and discussions. We also plan to run collaborations between members.
You can find deviantFilms here and the associated chat room here.
dAFilmSpot
Started in May, dAFilmSpot is another group dedicated to film on dA.
Like deviantFilms, they will be hosting discussions and releasing news articles on the art of making film.
You can find dAFilmSpot here and the associated chat room here.
With these 2 groups championing film on dA we look forward to film going from strength to strength.
