reports, June 29The basic idea is this: Creatively Portraying a Song. Specifically, every artist that participates will be assigned a piece of the active song to illustrate. You can draw something simply relating to the title, or a full blown, in-depth piece portraying the entire story. Up to you.

CSS Christmas Calendar

reports, October 8, 2007A week ago I had a nice idea. As you all know, how fast time can pass away, i thought about the upcoming christmas and how to do something css related for that.
I guess most people like to have those chocolate or gift calendars and enjoy the little surprises during that days. So why not doing something similar with journals? There are 24 days...
First i thought of 24 journal templates made by me... but THAT would be a way too much for me alone, i guess.
But i still liked the idea and went further with it. What about combining the calendar theme with journal templates and a massive feature? So here is my idea
Making 23 free journal collabs and one completely by myself. Which means i have to work together with other people before december starts to get all those journals finished in time.
To let the surprise be even bigger i won't name the other persons AND they shouldn't talk about it too!
Starting 1st December, i'll offer one layout each day. As a deviation and as a live-journal, where i am gonna present the result from the person i worked with + a feature of his/her other works.
The people that i might work with, should have some basic knowledge of CSS/layouts to get everything done without big troubles. Or convince me with your ideas!
You can suggest yourself or others, but in the end it's up to me who will be part of this project.
If you suggest others, be sure that they are willing to join such projects.
The timeline will be short, that's why there is no layout/coding experiments allowed (only "simple" layouts) and the layouts should be finished two weeks before your "date".
Please send your suggestions via note only!
