Printmaking Series Two - Intaglio Printing II

Printmaking produces images with visual qualities that are very different from those obtained through drawing or painting directly, and each technique adds its own peculiarities to the way each piece is conceived. However, with its odd and alchemical combinations of unusual materials, specific tools and enormous machines, Printmaking is often a strange and foreign territory even for artists accustomed to studio work on other disciplines.

:firelite-photo:01. QUOTES OF THE WEEK

by: :iconkasenji:

Nihao, fellow deviants! This is your uber-pwnage Stenographer speaking. Sorry about the late update, but I have a social life. :noes:
Unfortunately, due either to my astounding ability of procrastination or the unfortunate lack of lulzability from the politics forum this week, we've only got 4 quotes this week. (Let me pause as the world cries "aww".) A new low. Anyway, here they are.

On feeling guilty about animal testing after being subjected to similar testing by a superior alien species:
[link] "I don't know, when having alien technology forcefully inserted into my rectum, "guilt" probably wouldn't be the first emotion I feel. It would probably be more along the lines of pain, extreme humiliation, followed by a slight sensation of pleasure, and a deep questioning of my originally assumed sexual orientation."-~SwissArmyBlade

On the difference between animals and humans:
[link] "I don't consider myself equal to an animal. I don't know about you, but I can't remember the last time a rat wrote a constitution or a monkey built a rocket engine."-~NHT123

On the assertion that everyone is involved in politics to some extent:
[link] "No, some people watch prime time."-^zeruch

On browbeating, and *punkerfox's response that he has "heavy eyebrows":
[link] "And I roll through this forum like Theodore Roosevelt on a Toro mower. Know your role."-^zeruch

Yeah, that's it. I dunno if this is my fault, or whether the forum was just really not funny this week, but either way I'm sorry. Please please PLEASE send me(*Kasenji, not DAPF.) any quotes that you think are funny via note. I can almost guarantee that they'll be shown in the Quotes at the end of the week. The rules for the quotes: No emoticon/avatar responses, no links in the quote. Preferably, no overly lengthy quotes. That's all. If it fits that simple criteria, I'll probably put it in. That's it, I guess. Peace, I'm out.
-Kasenji :peace:

The only other Forum based club I have seen is the :icondamusicforum: DA Music Forum Club.

There was almost a declared war between the DA Political Forum and the DA Complaints Forum, but our abasssadors derailed the bloodletting before it began. (Sighs!) If only our governments had us working for them!
