I see you are having trouble with the image source. Try putting this between < and >

img src="http://fc01.deviantart.com/fs19/f/2007/283/4/d/vlogo_by_bleedsopretty.png" alt="Resources News"

I noticed the lack of an "alt=" which from what I understand is required for standard images. That is, unless there is a problem with the image itself, like transparency or something. >.<
