Printmaking Series Two - Intaglio Printing II

^stigmatattoo:iconstigmatattoo: reports, July 12
Printmaking produces images with visual qualities that are very different from those obtained through drawing or painting directly, and each technique adds its own peculiarities to the way each piece is conceived. However, with its odd and alchemical combinations of unusual materials, specific tools and enormous machines, Printmaking is often a strange and foreign territory even for artists accustomed to studio work on other disciplines.

:bulletblue: After the longest faux-campaign in a very long time, Australian PM John Howard finally announced the official start to the 2007 election race. Despite opposition leader Kevin Rudd's commanding lead in the polls all year, it is way too early to discount Howard yet. Since Rudd succeeded Beazley as Labor Party leader in December, this election has been shaping up to be one of the most hotly contested in Australian history. They say a week in politics is a very long time, so the next four until the election on the 24th of November look like being monumental ones.

The campaign was a great success (around Dhs 1 billion was raised) however it made many UAE nationals unhappy because there is a great number of poor people in the country which need help. Some say this campaign is only a marketing tool to the city however some try to keep their mouths shut about it to avoid problems.

With American troops increasing their presence abroad in Iraq, have the US government and the American public done the reverse and decreased their involvement in this war?
