This means that design is not just graphical in nature (which is a form of visual artistic representation), but also the planning of processes to achieve certain goals. Large corporations clearly understand this and incorporate every form of design into their strategy to achieve success.
For a good corporate design, we need to be aware of two main elements, which can be further broken down into a total of seven “ingredients”.

reports, October 21, 2007As you all now the dude from tv-links was raided by UK officials and is currently held in jail. They even went as far to track down on of the Senior mods and threw them in jail for five hours.
I find this slightly bizarre.
I mean, wasn't this site linking from Google, Veoh, Stage Six, and a small platoon of Chinese equivalents?
So why not go for the hosters of the content rather than just some 26 year old male in Cheltenham?
Bizarre.
I think it could have to do with Google's billion dollar army.
But when you look closer at the issue, TV links was bringing you content that people created, for free. No waiting to go see the newest Hollywood blockbuster. I'll just watch it in my home on my lappy, thanks to some dude in Russia who snuck in a camcorder and filmed the whole thing, and then upload it to another site, for me to then link from one site to the other site.
All in like two seconds. Thank you Russian guy.
But there is a problem here. Hollywood is loosing money. And as a professional illustrator myself, I want people to pay for my art as well.
Right now the system is broken. The internet is not going to disappear. And art will never die.
So a new solution has to be found.

The idea behind the site is to create a publicly accessible resource of accurate information on the tv-links case and create a discussion forum around it. It also exists to offer what ever support is possible to give to the innocent.
