~Nadia-Domingos comes from my own country, Portugal, however I just reached her devpage some weeks ago. I got stunned and devWATCHed her immediatelly!



I loved her takes on some childhood stories, like Mary Poppins and Alice in Wonderlands, but what made me feel like heaven was a fantasy work with a (in my opinion, at least) very political theme, in what are girls for?

~martabeceiro is from Spain and her gallery is a MUST-Devwatch. You'll understand why if you take a look at works, like dib ruedas!



She is a rather unknown and underappreciatted talent around here that I think could have more attention!



What I most like about her work is how she deals with colours and take the macabre with a twist, turning it beautiful, inspite of its strenght.

~LuciaRodriguez is from Chile and her gallery is still very unknown even though the recent and very well deserved DD on Fish!



Her gallery is very diverse and some of her paintings have representations of real persons that are often her relatives and friends. She also does self-portraits - which is a category that I love!



What I most like about her work is the colour's shading and the inherent realism - without forgetting some preocupation with anthropological themes, like in the untitled public bathroom.

~gumkid is from USA and is another unknown artist with only 1 (old) DD, on a very Political work, like a modest proposal!



Appart politics, his gallery is filled with portraits, people and surreal deviations.
