You have either just descovered this news article or you are a member of our club already, either way you have to know about our Halloween Contest!



Our club =LxLight has been open for around 6 months now and has been immensely popular with both Death Note fans and yaoi fans.
Our peak amount of pageviews a day is over two and half thousand and last month we reached 100,000 pageviews and have just crossed the 500 deviations landmark!
We now have over 1,000 club members and a friendly community in both the chat room and around the club. Our past contests have recieved over 100 entries!

As you probably know Halloween is coming up and the club couldn't sit here and not have a contest!
Our contests give entrants enourmous exposure as the piece entered into the gallery will be sent to over 1,000 members inboxes and is featured on the clubs front page which gets an average of over 500 pageviews a day, so its a good way to get your art seen by thousands of people interested in finding art just like yours! (in the past around contest times we have had over 1,000 pageviews average a day)
In the past we have had a random assortment of contest themes such as superheros, movies and stamp making but this contest has a difference!


Multi theme!

The Halloween Contest we are holding at LxLight has three themes!
The themes are, Halloween Party, Crazy Costumes and Trick or Treat and the way L and Light are displayed differs for each theme. To find out the requirements of the themes and more information about them please visit our clubs journal.
Entries do not have to show yaoi or even have anything to do with the couples relationship if thats not your thing but remember the members of the club love yaoi and joined the club because of its boy on boy theme and they are the ones that are going to vote for their favourite.
The club don't try and push yaoi on anybody and don't accept abuse towards our members for liking it, we follow all of Deviantart's rules and if something does break the rules or is too explicet for the club then we simply don't allow it to be entered into our gallery!

Each member of the club is allowed to enter 2 pieces maximum to the contest and they can be entered into any of the themes avaliable.
To join our club all you need to do is watch us and we will watch you back, simple. A way that many clubs are now following due to its simplicity.

The prizes for our clubs contest are absolutely brilliant this time!
