I am helping my friend ~13LAZE in spreading the word about his HellZone OC Tournament to get more people to join it. So far 2 users gotten accepted, me and ~Luciousdemonis !

THE RULES

1.NO FAN FIC CHARACTERS. Sorry for all you Naruto/DBZ/,YU YU Hakasho fans, I want this to be Original as can be

2.You MUST have you character REF. sheet ready, any drawing of him/her will do.

3.The battle scene will change every round.

4.(This is the fun part) if you miss your entry date, you can still submit something, but you have to have your character talk to the panel of judges, (not the ones judging the rounds but another set) asking to be let back in, if they like the picture, your in. if they don’t. Sorry for you. And you only get to do this one time and one time only (so don't miss a entry if anything comes up let me know).

5.If I host another tournament the winner of the first one will automatically qualify to the last round, the winner of the second tournament will fight the winner of the first one. Winner will hold the title till the next tournament.

6.Go out there and have fun.

7.Good or bad all participants are welcome.
