What is The Red cARTpet?
It is an upscale artwork feature where YOU can suggest YOUR OWN art!! And I get to exault YOUR work!
Basically it is the Art World's version of the Famous Fashion Week! You become the 'Designer', your artwork is your 'Collection', your style becomes your 'House', and your ORIGINAL characters become your 'Models'.
The only difference is that each Artwork 'Season' has its own theme.

How does it Work?
I'm glad you asked .
1. I give you a few months in order to come up with artwork that corresponds to the current Season's Theme. At least one piece has to be a new deviation especially for the Red cARTpet, which means the others can be older pieces that fit the theme. These pieces must highlight whatever makes your style unique from the many other artists that do the same genre of artwork that you do. (whatever you are known for... like for example, people recognize my artwork because of the way i use color...so for my collection i'd make sure to highlight the way i use my colors)

2. Once you're collection is complete, note me with links to all of the pieces. If its your first time, you can give me what you want your 'House' to be called. If not, I will come up with it based on your artwork.

3. Once I have all the collections for the season, I will create runway shows like this one I did for Season 1: [link]
These will feature the pieces of your collection...with my own words on how the pieces are exquisite (i.e. the feature artwork part of the deal)

4. If there are more than one House in the season, the favorites of each House will go into a seperate highlight show of that season where any random prizes or giveaways will be given. There was only one House in Season I, so nothing was given

5. Then the next Season Begins!

How often are the Seasons?
This will be done twice a year (giving me time just in case i begin to get a LOT of entries) Once for the first 6 months and once for the last six months. Just like Fashion week runs twice a year... in the Spring and the Fall.
If it gets popular and i get a lot of entries...i'll make a limit on the number per season and have new seasons quarterly...

How are Favorites Chosen?
Well, only those who have more than one piece in thier collection can be a part of the highlight runway show and have a chance at the giveaways. There also had to be more than one House in the season.
When I post your runway show, its up to you to get people in there to comment on it and vote on the piece they like the most. no votes... no favorite. Whichever piece wins the vote gets in the highlight... so it doesnt matter how well you draw because you aren't competing against anyone but yourself.

How does the Highlight Runway Show work?
All the pieces that make the highlight clip will have fancy borders (they've been framed ) and be announced as the Best of Season x. Any giveways will also be announced. Anything I choose to giveaway will be done entirely at random, from those who make the highlight show.

Miscellaneous
If you have a good fanart that you want to put in your collection (Fashion Houses have more than one designer in some cases) that is fine as long as the owner of the artwork agrees to it. (and of course I will give credit to that artist as well)
The fanart must be of your original characters...

Rules
You can enter up to FOUR pieces per season.
There is no limit to the number of artists that may enter.
the number of entries does not greater your chances of winning as it is the overall of all the images that count rather than each one individually (which means if you do 4 great ones and 1 really cheesy one...the cheesy one could harm the 4 good ones)
At least ONE piece must be a new deviation especially for the Red cARTpet.
