Well, according to Guillermo Habacuc Vargas this dog was supposed to be art!
The author showed to the public this dog dying of starvation.
The purpose was to show its agony.
Can you believe at this?
Now the dog is dead
Guillermo Habacuc Vargas is going to represent its country at the next Biennal Central America Honduras 2008.
There is a petition online in order to stop him
