This is your invitation to #ThumbsShare and #Trivia's Massive, Amazing, Freaky, Spooky HALLOWEEN CELEBRATION!

On October 28th, please come join us for fun, games and prizes - including many deviantART subscriptions, buttons, key chains, lanyards, prints, journal features, and more! There are both live events and journal-based events. Anyone can enter and all are welcome.

ThumbsShare Crit Hour!

Just in time for Halloween, #ThumbsShare is hosting an hour where you can bring your work for constructive criticism by our fabulous Guardians of the Dark Arts, guests such as `suzi9mm, `insaneone, ~decrepitude, ~Odessa11, `temoc, ~Lidya, ~ma4u4a, ¢zilla774, $chix0r, `madnessism, *SB-Gothic, =Princess-of-Shadows, %fangedfem, ~czarnystefan, and many more. Join in the fun and learn some Tricks from our wonderful Special Guests and win prizes too!

Halloween Triviathlon

How to Play: Join #Trivia between 12:00 midnight MST on Sunday, 28th October and 12:00 midnight MST on Monday, 29th October. [For your time zone please visit [link]1=197 ]

Participate in the random mini-contests held by the moderator. This will include hard ones for experienced players as well as easier ones for newer players.

How to Win: Win the most mini-contests! Each contest will be worth 1 point unless otherwise stated by the moderator holding it.

Prizes: Winners will be announced in the *TS prize journal (our next journal posting) and can win a variety of prizes.

Disqualification Anyone kicked more than twice or banned during the event will be disqualified. It is most definitely in your best interest to play by the rules!

Secret Live Events!!

In #Thumbsshare - That's right, we're not telling you what this top secret contest is until it happens. We're not even telling you when exactly it's happening. We will tell you that it will last about an hour and take place on the same day as the Crit hour and will be after the Crit hour. That just means you'll have to stick around in #ThumbsShare for the special treat. We can tell you that the prizes will make you so excited that you'll call your mummy!

We may also have some smaller secret contests before the crit hour.

In #Trivia - You didn't think we saved the scary secrets just for #thumbsshare did you? That's right we're keeping this live #Trivia event a secret too and you're going to love it! It will last about an hour. You can win prizes and hopefully make it through the day without thumbbot turning you into a frog!

Rewrite

Trick: Create/Rewrite a Halloween song/poem

-For this you need to create/rewrite a spooky song or poem. (Extra credits go to those who relate their song/poem to *Thumbshare/~triva). Be as gruesome as possible!

Rules:

If you are rewriting a Halloween song/poem, please also include the original lyrics and author in your deviation artists comment.

Pumpkin

Trick: Draw/Make a pumpkin represting a deviantArt Member

-For this you can draw/make a pumpkin that represents any deviantArt member you wish. Whether it be a friend of yours, a *Thumbshare moderator or a deviantART staff member! The choice is yours - The spookier, the better!

Rules:
-The pumpkin you submit must have been made specifically for this event! Any submitted before the event will be disregarded.
-You may hand draw, digitally draw, paint or take a photograph of your pumpkin.

Trick: Draw/Make a Halloween costume for Thumbbot!

-We love Thumbbot, and we know you do too! Thumbbot wants to go out Trick'Or'Treatin' but Thumbby has no costume to do it in Poor Thumbbot!
So we need YOU to create Thumbbot a costume! You can use the thumbbot we provided for this event [link] or make your own interpretation of Thumbby. Try to be inventive, creative and most of all, scary!
