Original Character Appreciation Contest FAQ
Q: How many times can I enter?
A: Each deviant is allowed three submissions maximum. So you can submit one in manga/anime and two in cartoons & comics, or the other way around.
Q: Can I use a character an OC that I made based off of <insert show here>?
A: No, a <insert show here> OC is not allowed. The Original Characters for this contest must be ones that you have come up with on your own, from your own story.
Q: Can I draw more then one of my characters in a picture?
A: Please don't. One one character per deviation, to make things easier.
Q: Does my submission have to be a completely separate picture, or can I enter with a picture from a series I am working on?
A: You can enter with a deviation from a series that you are working on, like a comic and manga, then you can send in the next page as an entry if you want.
Q: How will the contest be judged.
A: The contest will be judged on what the judges find the most appealing, or what they like best.
Q: Can I have more then one character in a submission?
A: No, just to make things easier. However, if you are doing a comic type thing, there can be the background people. The main point is to show off one of your characters to the best of your ability!
Q: Why not more galleries, why just Cartoons & Comics and Manga/Anime?
A: There are only 24 hours in a day, I spend six and a half hours in school, four to six hours at work, eight to nine hours sleeping, one hour trying to have a social life, and the other hour and a half on dA.

There's only so much I can handle at a time. And for my first contest, I didn't want to make it too large. I know that this contest could fit in other categories, but I chose the two galleries that I like the most.
Q: Should I enter any information about my character in the deviation?
A: Your character's name and a brief background of them would be nice. And by brief, I mean a few sentences to a paragraph.
Q: My character isn't quite a human; it's more of an animal type, can I still submit it?
A: No, any animals or objects that have been given human characteristics belong in the Anthro gallery, and thus cannot be entered into the contest.
Q: Can I still donate prizes?
A. Of course you can! However, No more free commissions please We have enough commission prizes to cover all six winners.

Features, devwear, maybe a few more sub prizes would be really nice.
