Introduction
Hello and welcome to the newly revised Help Desk Guides. Today we're actually going to cover a topic never covered before in previous guides. That topic is "How to: Submit a Subscription Inquiry".
What is a Subscription Inquiry?
When you have a question concerning a subscription, 'Subscription Inquiry' is the category you would need to select for your type of inquiry. Be it a request for a refund or transfer to needing assistance placing an order to activating a feature in the subscriber package, this is the category you need to select to make sure your inquiry is seen by the correct parties.
What should not be submitted as a Subscription Inquiry?
If your inquiry does not fit in the any of the above mentioned examples you should select a different contact
category when contacting the
Help Desk. A few situations for example where you should select another category are listed below.
1.) Questions concerning a Prints related subscription should not be submitted here, please submit these and any other print related inquiries to the
Prints Customer Care Desk
2.) Bug reports should not be submitted here unless it concerns an actual bug affecting a feature in the Subscriber package
3.) If your deviation has been removed or relocated you should not use this category to ask why, please instead use the contact category "Policy Inquiry"
Before Submitting your Inquiry
If you are contacting us to request a refund or transfer, please make sure to provide your Order ID#. If you're unable to locate your email with this number you can always locate it by visiting the 'My Account' link, which is accessible through the messages section of your message centre. You should also provide this number if applicable where an order you are trying to place fails.
Contacting the Help Desk
Assuming you already know how to
contact the Help Desk, this next step will be easy. Once on the Help Desk contact page you will need to select 'Subscription Inquiry' from the 'Category' drop down menu. After you have selected the category for your inquiry, proceed by typing up your inquiry.
After you have typed up your inquiry, you may wish to review your message to make sure you have included everything. Do so by clicking on the button entitled "Preview Help Request". Once satisfied with your message you will next need to click on "Submit Help Request". If your message has been sent to us successfully you will next be presented with a message of thanks.

Pstttt Hexe! This Guide is great and all but I have one problem! I cannot login to the Help Desk because the site will not let me login at this time. Can I still contact the Help Desk? Yes you can, you may do so by emailing us @
help@deviantart.com.
We hope you have found the above information helpful.
