Hey friends! Those of you that are CSS fanatics, I have a challenge for you! My Birthday Board is in need of some major revamping!
While I love the pink and all that adorns the page now, I would like it more festive and 'Birthday' appropriate!

So....
Here is what I would like your CSS to include in your creation:


Festive colors like blues, greens, reds, yellows (balloon colors, ya know..all aren't necessary, but basically I don't want BLACK...)
A Header that reads Jen's Birthday Board at the top (complimenting graphics in the header might get you brownie points as well)
Individual Title headers that have each month. Just use your imagination here.
I want the journal FONT to be READABLE (no curly/fancy font and make the font color readable against whatever background you create) Now, if your month headers wish to have a little fanciness to it, that's perfectly fine. You can always look at my Birthday Board to get an idea of how I've been doing it.
In your submitted templates, you must have the credits of any stock that you've used.
