Many people here on deviantART seem to have developed an undying love for square photography. So hereby yet another collection to celebrate some wonderful squares.
Insects... When was the last time you have shown them some love? We greet these poor little creatures with no more than "Oh my God! Kill it, KILL IT!", while they have done nothing to deserve this kind of treatment (in most cases, anyway). I have decided to show these guys some appreciation!

Theres something about classic cinema. That hazy slide of film that comes across with life in motion yet freeze-framed time.
It is able to create the illusion of stepping back in time in eras of glamour and mystery behind the façade of proper décor.
Think Greta Garbo, Cary Grant, Marlene District, Humphrey Bogart and Katherine Hepburn, and all the others my weak memory cant name; All with dark sides that came across in a steady stare or pensive glance.
Here on Deviant Art I have come across a couple of artist who have been able to present to me the same vibe as watching classic cinema. Strips of moments captured, moments soaked in profound and emotive possibilities.
In order to appreciate the stories, it is necessary to watch these images so as to allow their words to be heard.
To do that in one two or three frames is talent, brilliance. There is much to one can learn by watching these two image-makers. Much to hope to be able to emulateas a student to professor and I sit here attentive listening so as to learn.

Now 170 people strong and growing... A "dangerous cult"? a "new religion"? "artistic version of fight club" or "communist movement"? You decide!
