With the holidays at hand, this can be a stressful time of the year. Everyone is busier than a one legged man in an ass kicking contest. But do take a moment to check out these relevent glimpses into the future.
Murk will teach you how to be horrible. But in like, an empowering kind of way, that de-rails in to all sorts of tagental thoughts about the shifting morality of man in the urban age. And maybe what kind of cheese is good on crackers.
Most people would kill to know what their future holds. Fortunately, you don't have go quite that far. Consult these 'scopes and use this knowledge wisely. This is the straight dope. Honest. It took me something like 20 whole minutes to write this shit.
Ok, These are my own personal beefs along with a few I have heard many times from the deviants around me. They are in no order and by no means the only complaints.
1) One work comments like good or cool on deviations that took you hours and even days to create
2) People posting great gallery on the forums when you are well aware they did not even take a glance at anything of yours.
3) How The toolbar sometimes says you have messages when in fact, you do not, or it says you have no messages and you have many.
4) People telling you your work is not good when their gallery is less then desirable
5) People disrespecting others
6) People posting work in their galleries that they did not create
7) People getting freaked out when they see people with 10,000 page view and feeling the need to tell the people they are freaked out by their 10,000 page views
8) People who tell others that their style is better
9) People who promise things on the forum like If you watch me Ill watch you and they never ever take a look at you if you watch them
10) Giving people honest advice when they ask for it and then they get all offended when you tell them what you think
Please by all means post your complaints and criticize mine.
Absolutely #5 and 6. I think #6 would be my #1 though.
One of my pet peeves is people posting screen-capped images from video games in the 3D gallery, or hand drawn sketches of cartoon characters from games (like sonic or mario).
I also find it a little annoying when there is no description at all for an image. Even if just to say what it was created in, or what inspired it, I liek knowing at least a little about it before leaving a comment.
and I do sometimes leave brief comments of one or two words. Sometimes because there's not much else I can really say to sum it up. If it's a "truly beautiful" piece to me, that's all I'll say. But that will usually go along with a
I have to agree with 6 being the worst . And I also admit to leaving a couple worded comments. thank you for looking

Do not depend on other people to support you, do not lean on someone else and expect them to solve your problems for you. Instead hold their hand, let them help, that way you can just let go if needed
I will add few thing that annoy me...in your choice it's #10 that I encounter the most
#11 - "forgotten" accounts (and accounts with no deviations)...like, someone created it, uploaded one work, and then forgot all about it...i random jump to those accounts more than often, since I use random jump a lot.
#12 - people not responding to constructive comments that take me almost 10 mins or more to write!
#13 - submitting lousy crude pencil sketches drawn in two minutes on a rough piese of checkered notebook paper...that's not ART! Just look at the comics gallery...sheeesh...
#14 - the "big ones" not noticing and not paying attention to the "little ones" - how many times you left a hearty and long comment, faved some work on a famous deviants page, and received no answer, nor a visit to your page from the same person...even though I understand those people receive a lot of comments, it's just a polite thing to do.
Generally I have very little complaints on dA, because da rules and pwns GFX and other art communities. Can't wait to get some extra money and pay my subscription again.

I hate that the forum topics are lik topsy turvy. The old ones are on top, and on long ones we have to scroll down and turn pages, adn we should have newset first.
#10 is my top pet peeve on dA, coupled with popular artists thinking they're above constructive criticism.
Who would want to be friends with someone who throws a fit when you dare tell them what's wrong and how to fix it? Of course, if the error was pointed out and they didn't tell you how it could be fixed, then you'd have some ground for getting a bit peeved.
Even more so if it's a mistake you already know about and you've said you know in the description. Which brings me to another complaint - people who don't read the description. It would explain why some don't have any.
you are very right. If I update this at some point do i have your permission to use those? ((you get credit of corse))

I'd like to show you some awesome nature related work from more or less unknown artists which deserve more attention - this is a must see, you won't regret it!!!
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
