Introduction
Hello and welcome to the newly revised Help Desk Guides. Today we're actually going to cover a topic never covered before in previous guides. That topic is "How to: Submit a General Help Inquiry".
What falls under General Help?
In the past weeks we have gone over how to submit a
Subscription Inquiry,
Chat Inquiry and
Bug Report. So what if your question cannot be answered by any of those? The answer is simple, in such cases you would select 'General Help' from the listing of contact categories on the Help Desk contact form.
What should not be submitted as a General Help Inquiry?
Typically you should only submit questions to General Help that can be answered by the Help Desk Team
only, that said you should not submit anything concerning Policy under this category. In such situations, please instead select one of the 3 categories that go to the Policy Team. A few other situations for example where you should select another category are listed below.
1.) You need to file a bug report, please instead use the contact category "Bug Report"
2.) You have a question concerning your subscription package, please instead use the contact category "Subscription Inquiry"
3.) You have a question concerning how to use the dAMN Messaging Network, please instead use the contact category "Chat Inquiry"
Contacting the Help Desk
Assuming you already know how to
contact the Help Desk, this next step will be easy. Once on the Help Desk contact page you will need to select 'General Help' from the 'Category' drop down menu. After you have selected the category for your inquiry, proceed by typing up your inquiry.
After you have typed up your inquiry, you may wish to review your message to make sure you have included everything. Do so by clicking on the button entitled "Preview Help Request". Once satisfied with your message you will next need to click on "Submit Help Request". If your message has been sent to us successfully you will next be presented with a message of thanks.

That's it, you're done!

You should now receive a response to your request from the Help Desk Staff within 48 hours or less, during the normal
Help Desk hours.

It started when dA upgrade the gallery and the help inquiry did not work for me. So please can someone fix this.
