Background
The Free Range Short Film Competition is your chance to express yourself on Melbournes own community television station Channel 31.
It is a competition for everyone with a passion for film, freedom of speech, and expression with no limitation. So tell us
- What makes your local community unique?
- How does your community group or school make a difference to others?
- Do you want to tell others how to tune in to their local community?
The competition aims to provide film-makers with an opportunity to express their talents and maybe even have their film broadcast on Channel 31.
You could win some fantastic prizes in the process.
The Free Range Short Film Competition is open to individuals and community groups.

Never be afraid to try something new. Remember that a lone amateur built the Ark.
