Nikonist Club
I shoot canon. I weighed the options and found that the 400D was the DSLR best suited to my current needs. I do not see why this is treated as if it were a religious conviction, or why so many people hold their "brand loyalty" to that degree. Capitalism is great and competition is great, but the competition is supposed to be between the brands, not between the people who buy them.
Maybe someday photographers will learn to appreciate one another's work without first checking the brands.
To me it's like a car club banding together. All over the world you can see car clubs segragated based upon their vehicle of choice. Does it mean that their car is the best? No. It simply gives them something in common with other people, allowing them to share their common experiences.
In the end, a competent photographer should be able to get a good shot, regardless of whether it is a Nikon, a Canon, or a Polaroid.

Besides, how the hell do you join this freaking club anyways?...
Meh! ...nevermind.
