Beauty In the Ordinary: It’s the Little Things That Matter



It seems that more and more nowadays, artists (and society, in general) are focused on the pursuit of anything larger than life: creating an astronomical image that is beyond the bounds of anything in this world. There are the beautiful girls that we would never meet on the street; the amazingly gorgeous landscapes that give life to our wildest dreams; the creatures that are so rare, we will never touch their fur with our own hands. Going against this grain are a select group of photographers who take the simplest of objects and turn them into profound statements, and beautiful pieces of artwork.
