To celebrate reaching 1500 views [thank you everyone], I’m running my very first photography competition: “Dark Portraits”.

Browsing through my gallery you can see that I lean towards dark portraits, be it dark in lighting, background, content or tone.

I’m hoping to see your definition of this theme.


PRIZES:

1st Prize: A 3 Month DA Subscription, and your image featured in my journal.

2nd Prize: A 1 Month DA Subscription, and your image featured in my journal.

All entries will be listed in my journal for the duration of the competition, and will receive feedback.


RULES:

1. One photographic entry per person, by either the photographer or the person in the photograph.

2. Minimal retouching is fine, but I am looking for photography rather than graphic art.

3. Entry is open to both photographers and models; however photographs taken by me are inadmissible.

4. Entries close: Midnight December 14th Aust EST and will be judged by myself and Saxmancometh.

5. No nudity, implied nudity, or excessive violence please.

Photography is a very subjective thing, and the winning entry will be the one that stands out the most for us.
