Everyone has been watching the show and the emotional journeys of the contestants and we’ve all been glued to the screen as one by one they were killed off, we now have an update on the DABR, now that the contest is over we have been told that there IS a winner, we can go over to Coffee-Brown now…
“Yes, that’s right DA, it’s been a contest and a half! I’m pleased to announce that the winner is…… UPPER SNAPS!”

“Upper Snaps went through five fantastic battles; her kills include Rook, Elyza, Kitsune, Jenny, Bookies favourite Hikaru and BJ. As the only survivor she win’s her freedom and gets to go home, The creator of Upper Snaps wins a years Subscription to DeviantArt, a commission and will be featured. Also the creators of BJ, Hikaru, and Skye will also receive their prizes!
This has been a fantastic battle DA, just wished you were here to see it up close, but that said the next one is going to be wild-“
Wait Coffee-Brown, so this means there’s going to be another DABR?!?
“Yes DA you heard me, there is a new island and you should see the new map, its going to be bigger and better then the last DABR, Places are filling up already, there are reference pages here [link] it’s all set to go!”
Wow so can you remind us of the rules?
"Sure thing!
*Your character has to be human with no special powers.
*The character can be anywhere between 15 and 18 years old.
*The character can not have any other weapon then the one they receive for the battle.
*Must start the battle in the set uniform colours.
*If your battle is gory then please remember to click 'mature content' button.
and how the game works
1, have a reference of your character and choose an area on the map (By sending a note so it's as hush hush as possible).
2, they will be paired up with someone else who has chosen the same area to fight, if your the only one in the area then your safe for that round, as the battle progress' more areas will be voided.
3, your character has to kill their opponent.
4, Your character can take the deceased opponent's weapon for the next battle, whilst keeping there’s or discarding it, it's their choice.
5, And this will repeat until there’s one winner.
6, you can choose to hide, but if you hide more then 3 times you'll be blown up.
7, you can draw, write or do whatever else you think of."
So when is the deadline for the reference is’s to be in?
“the deadline for references and to choose your location is 8th December 07 And we start battling after that!”
So there it is folks! The new DABR will be kicking off on the 8th of December, you’ve been watching DA News, Goodbye.
