Welcome to this *deviantoftheyear feature, this time putting the spotlight on Tepara.

`Tepara is a deviant from New Zealand who joined in May 2005. Since joining, she has integrated herself well into the community. Rather than be content with just being a member on dA, she has tirelessly committed herself to helping out around the place. She comments often on deviations and runs more clubs than you can shake a stick at. Amidst all this, she also finds time to work as a carer for people with severe disabilities.



`Tepara has most certainly made her mark on the dA landscape, starting off from nothing, she has made a whopping 20,435 Deviation Comments in the past two and a half years. Her first club started on deviantART was *Black-White-Club and it has snowballed from there to include *Just-Sepia-Club, and *ForAllMonths. She also maintains on *AoAClub. She was also, for some time a #Helper, and of course was one of the founders of these Deviant of the Year Awards. While she no longer is a part of the team for the awards, they would not have even got off the ground if not for her input.



Her good deeds around the site have not gone unnoticed, and in August she was given senior membership, something which she was not expecting to actually ever get. When asked three months on what she thinks of this, she says that it's really just business as usual, while she may have a different symbol, it's not that different from a ~ or a =. She says "But then again, I could be the Queen of England, and it wouldn't change how I am.. so why should having half a hat be any different? "



When asked what she thinks is her greatest achievement on dA is, she quite simply replies "I would have to say, the great friends I have made though DA. That is a great achievement if you ask me."
