*let-it-di comes with an initiative to encourage your submissions of diptychs inspired by and reflecting the unique imagery and ambience of Edgar Allan Poe's poetry and prose.



°° we're waiting for diptychs that depict the visual power of the mysterious, the macabre, the deranged, the symbolical and the genuinely beautiful in your favourite passages from Edgar Allan Poe.



°° diptychs and collaborations are welcome. *let-it-di will feature your submissions in its gallery. the most popular submission will be awarded with a three-month subscription and a monthly-long feature on the community's main page.







°° to submit your diptych to *let-it-di's Bleak December, send us your submissions in a note (or by email to letitdi@yahoo.com) with the subject "BLEAK DECEMBER" and include the following:

- a thumbnail of the diptych (attachment for e-mails)
- name of diptych
- name of collaborators (for collaborations)
- a citation (in English or French) from the work that inspired it, with its title
- your comments (if any) that you would like us to include in Artists commentary



°° DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS is December 31, 2007
