Ahh...Another week, another fine set of DD-worthy Deviations! And man, was this a good week...

Seriously, this was a good week for Mini-DDs! There was just so much quality work that I discovered this week...A friggin' lot of it! In fact, every week I worry a little about what I have to fit in as the last Mini-DD I need...This week it was about which ones I sadly couldn't include instead! So we'll just have to look for those in Part Two next week...

In other news, it's December already...& if anyone can remember what I did at the end of last year, then that means it's time to start preparing for something big...It's crunch time, people...Or whatever saying works here...

But enough of that for now. Let's get to what you really came for: The damn Mini-DDs, of course! Up with the curtains...

...My little prestigious token of appreciation for anyone who created some amazing, DD-worthy artwork. Plus it has a delicious milk chocolate center! And this week's secret ingredient? A little hazelnut cream & some cookie bits! You all do deserve something fine for such a great week...

Alright now, on with the show! Here's this week's Mini-DDs...



Simply put, everything in Rain by ~totemv just reeks of brilliance. The style, the character design, the colors, the execution, & all the cool details from the bandage to the clothes to the cartoon shadow in the background...It just all mixes together to create one beautiful, unique, & overall stunning piece of Anthro artwork that will definitely leave you speechless.



Now, I dare you not to laugh at fatty fatty parachute by ~himnofeda. Simple, humorous, & a bit twisted, & pulled off with such a cool & unique style, this is one funny, unique, & eye-catching illustration that easily deserves a spot in your faves. I don't know if it won the contest that it was entered in, but at least it's definitely earned a spot in my winner's circle!



I've said it before, & I'll say it again: All you really need is one great character design to create something memorable. Need proof? Tasty Coloration by ~Sebbythefreak should do. Everything from the cool style to the amazing colors to the little things such as the outline are all sweet & help make this a beauty, but it's the lovable giant crazed candy (as the artist perfectly puts it) that makes this a winner. Bravo!



*Rodier's gallery is chock full of several amazing & innovative works, but toywan goes out just seemed to stand out. Perhaps it was the simple yet cool characters, perhaps it's the nice concept, perhaps it's the perfect color scheme & tone, perhaps it's the great amount of detail put into it, perhaps...Well, you get the idea. All you need to know is that it's amazing, lovable, & brilliant. Simple, huh?



I honestly cannot believe that someone who's extremely talented & been around here for so long like like ~queen-dedede hasn't received a DD yet. It was tough choosing just one piece of work from her massive gallery to feature, but I'm going with The Party Machine. Funny, cute, well-drawn, nicely styled, full of several cool details, sweet character design...Really, what's not to love about it?



Ahh, there's nothing like a wicked & psychedelic poster design to get you in a feel-good mood, & Discow Moscow by ~1NNU3NDO fits the bill perfectly there. From the perfect mix of elements belonging to '50s Cold War propaganda & '70s disco to the sweet onslaught of red to all the sweet little details right down to the perfect fonts, this is one eye-catching design that you shouldn't miss out on.



Queens Of The Stone Age frontman Josh Homme once put it nicely: "People will say, 'That's fluff.' Cool. I need fluff sometimes." And ...Pie. by *xxshrinerxx delivers the perfect dosage of fluff that we could all use. From the cool character design to the light & sweet colors (no pun intended) & the amazing style, xxshrinerxx captures herself perfectly as a candy-themed hero & makes one lovable piece of art in the process. Great job!



WERD by ~PhillyPhats...Frankly, you had me at "pogo messenger". Awesome & unqiue character design + Cool urban style + Sweet color scheme + Several fine little details + Possibly some other great stuff I've forgotten to mention = One jaw-dropping piece of vector art that you would be extremely foolish to pass up. Gotta love it.



I just couldn't help but giggle while looking at SofaGhost by ~rayne-gallows. It's nice & funny, has a cool style, some fun & cute little designs, great colors...& it's concept revolves around advice concerning dead people that haunt furniture. Now how can you not love something like that? Now fave this baby, lest you be haunted yourself...
