Photomanipulation is the modern day equivalent to mixed media traditional art, I'm fairly new to it myself but find it interesting exploring the ways in which it can be used. It is of course most often applied digitally but almost always using sources from original photographic images even the brushes used in some cases had to be created from somewhere Creating these, and putting them all together successfully requires a lot of skill. I have compiled a few photomanipulations from around the deviantArt site all of which I think you will enjoy looking at, mainly these are works of others that have caught my eye whilst browsing that I feel deserve lots of views, +fav's and comments!
