Poetry Feature #65

*TheFavoritesProject:iconTheFavoritesProject: reports, July 13
We've featured 65 poems since we opened our satellite account in 2007! Another one of the poems we featured received a DD before we had a chance to post it, so we posted two features this week. View the most recent feature here, as well a list of all the previous poems featured by TFP. If you like what you see, than devwatch the account because we feature a new one every week! No membership is required.

HotLits- The Fourth!

`Beccalicious:iconBeccalicious: reports, December 3, 2007
I apologise for the slight lateness to this week’s issue of HotLits, it has been an exceptionally mad weekend! In fact the next few weekends are going to be mad, so HotLits will be moving from a Friday to a Sunday/Monday temporarily!

The sprouting of festive contests in the literature world is something I would describe as a phenomenon. Back in 2006, I barely remember seeing literature contests, but this month there are so many I can’t actually count them on my hands! For all contests and literature news, please check out *litNEWS if you have not already!

Due to my rather busy schedule this week, I only have six HotLits in the bag- however the wander of some of these pieces make up for the small amount, and I hope you agree!

This forth HotLit issue concludes my first entire month of featuring! It’s still toasty and I want the toast to continue into the new year! For those who missed the previous issues- here is a list:

:bulletred: HotLits the First
:bulletred: HotLits the Second
:bulletred: HotLits the Third

(It’s never too late for love!)

And now, here are the features for our forth issue:

Stasis by :iconthelema:

Yellow Bird by :iconwhokilledkirov:

Perspective by :iconkilikamel:

Death of Charity by :iconbluedannylew:

The Family Business by :iconthemodernhooplah:

Couch Surf Blues by :iconlefttowrite:

Feedback

HotLits is currently in the middle of its trial period to see how effective this weekly news article is. If you have any suggestions for improvement or any feedback then please do not hesitate to note me.

I would again like to welcome anyone who wishes to note me with suggestions of literature they have recently fav’d and enjoyed. The only rule is that they need to have been submitted in the last 7-10 days. I will accept self suggestions, but please do not be offended if I do not decide to feature you.

For more literature information, check out *litNEWS. Also, don’t forget to pay a visit to our gallery forums;

Thank you to everyone who is adding love to this article, and to those who also promote the HotLits in their journals!

Yes, I shall blame it on the Blackadder... or the Baldrick really!

And keeping with the theme, I have a cunning plan to poke the next GD/Admin who reads this and ask them to very kindly ammend my shocking spelling error! :p

I'm doing well with this article, I should have checked it properly before posting! I blame my boyfriend entirely as I posted this just before I was supposed to go out and meet him!
