Director of Artist Relations


Hello!

The purpose of Artist Relations is to strengthen the community spirit as well as network with fellow artists so that we may bring outside opportunities to you, and help you to hone your skills. The Gallery Directors are the first people you should go to regarding your galleries. They are the people you need to make gallery suggestions to, and ask questions about your specific genre, or seek knowledge from. They also act as your lifeline to the administration. They are here to support and listen, and I can tell you we've got incredibly talented, devoted and passionate people on this team, so get to know them!

News

My portion of this update is going to seem smaller in comparison to usual as I was at HQ all last week working on plans for the new year that I can't go into detail about yet Sooooooon! To make up for it I found extra-fun links and extra artwork features for you !


Our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to `Davenit , `kuschelirmel, `depthskins and `animator for their contribution to the team. Real life has claimed them all and we will miss them. Be sure to show them some love

I will not be adding any new Gallery Directors until after the new year when I've assessed the team as a whole and what's needed.

December 1st was World Aids Day and while I wasn't here to post anything, I do want to draw your attention to running on full and lend your support if you can!

Speaking of support, *ItDoesNotHaveMe needs your support! Send in information pertaining to awareness days, weeks etc so we can build up our resources. Thank you

Thank you for your responses to my poll about 2008. Many of your suggestions were already part of my 2008 plans so it's nice to see we're in sync I look forward to the new year!

Some of you are noticing issues with the site and some aren't affected it all but regardless, the issue is under control and there should be very noticeable differences very soon

For those that actually read gallery descriptions (I'm sure you exist ) you will notice that the descriptions have been cleaned up and pared down. This isn't an error, it was intentional and in the new year it will make more sense

'Send a Note' option has been returned to user pages around you!


Please help out my team by sending your daily deviation suggestions to one person only. There is great confusion caused when you suggest the same piece to multiple gallery directors. We appreciate it
